A bug in PulsePoint v3.1.1 for iOS can cause the app to appear to lose its agency and notification settings. If you experience this condition the steps below should explain and resolve it.
- The app incorrectly displays the You aren’t following any agencies yet screen (fig. 1) when loss of network connectivity occurs.
- Once the app enters this state it never again attempts to re-establish connectivity. This creates the appearance that the settings have been lost.
- To correct this condition press the Home button twice to see preview screens of the apps you have open (fig. 2). Quit the PulsePoint app by swiping it up and out of preview.
- The app should now function normally and your settings will again display properly.
