Individuals like you help even before a life is in danger by identifying and reporting AEDs. Emergency responders, including nearby citizens trained in CPR and off-duty professionals such as firefighters, police officers and nurses, use this information to find an AED close to them when a cardiac emergency occurs in the community.
The registry may also be available to local dispatchers in the emergency communication center, allowing them to direct callers to the nearby life-saving devices.
We sincerely appreciate your contribution to the registry and hope you’ll stick around and learn more about it.
If you are trained in CPR and live, work or travel in a PulsePoint connected community, make sure to download the PulsePoint Respond app too!
