What’s new in PulsePoint AED v2.5

PulsePoint AED v2.5, released August 1, 2022, added better support for AEDs with around-the-clock accessibility, push notifications, and a watchlist for devices of particular interest to you.

    Support for around-the-clock accessibility

    TRADITIONAL BUSINESS HOURS DON'T APPLY
Locations with 24-hour accessibility significantly improve AED availability. That's why we've added features throughout our registry ecosystem that make it easier to record and recognize AEDs that are "always available."

Inform and engage with push notifications

QUICK-TO-THE-POINT ALERTS WITH A CALL TO ACTION
Immediate awareness of time-sensitive registry events is now possible with support for push notifications. AED coordinators can choose to receive real-time readiness exemption alerts for devices stored in the registry. New notifications designed to engage community users that are helping to build and maintain the registry have also been added.

    Create a personal AED watchlist

    FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS
A watchlist is a user-defined collection of AEDs. For example, your watchlist might include all the AEDs at your business or all the AEDs that you inspect and maintain. Essentially a watchlist allows you to limit the display of AEDs to devices of particular interest to you. Add or remove AEDs from your watchlist by tapping on the watch icon in the detail box. Filter by watchlist to view only your collection.
