PulsePoint Respond CPR Needed with responding units

What's New

CPR-needed alerts include the display of responding units

THE CAVALRY IS COMING
CPR-needed alerts now show the real-time location of Fire and EMS units enroute to the incident. If you receive an alert and indicate you're responding, you'll be able to see the location of these emergency vehicles as they travel to the scene. Please note that this feature is only available where local agencies support it.

What's New

Light appearance mode

LET THERE BE LIGHT
A new light appearance mode has been added along with adjustments for an improved dark mode experience in iOS. You'll find these options under Preferences in the More footer menu. Select Automatic to use the iPhone's dynamic Display & Brightness settings.

Light and dark modes are designed to suit different user preferences and lighting conditions. Light mode works well in bright environments, while dark mode helps reduce eye strain in low light and may extend battery life.

What's New

Enhanced driving/walking directions on CPR-needed alerts

GET YOUR BEARINGS
While PulsePoint CPR-needed alerts are designed to notify individuals in the immediate vicinity of a cardiac arrest, turn-by-turn guidance is available when needed. Simply tap the navigation icon in the upper right corner of the alert map to plot your route.

To return to the CPR-needed alert screen, use the 'back to PulsePoint' button in the status bar at the top left of the map app.

Please note that the navigation route is based on the incident address and may end near—but not precisely at—the location of the individual in need.

What's New

Recent Incident History

A LOOK BACK IN TIME
Immediate access to location history can improve patient care, provide important crew safety information, and expand situational awareness in a wide variety of scenarios. When different shifts, and different units, respond to the same locations at different times, quickly accessing patient and premise history has been a challenge—until now.

Recent incidents for the exact response location (including suite, apartment number, etc.) are displayed below the current narrative. Tap any of these recent events to view the complete detail page from the prior incident.
