PulsePoint Respond

Version 4.24 released to App Store and Google Play.

CPR-needed alerts now show the real-time location of Fire and EMS units enroute to the incident.

A new light appearance mode has been added along with adjustments for an improved dark mode experience in iOS.

Enhanced driving/walking directions on CPR-needed alerts. 

Recent incidents for the exact response location are now displayed below the current narrative.

Agency incident number has been added to incident details.

Narrative sort order is now persisted.

Support for overlapping agency shape files (user’s current location spans multiple agencies). This applies to roaming feed, agency search using the GPS icon, and the First Time Use (FTU) wizard.

Insights

Using a new dropdown menu, you can now view the last six months of Quick Stats in addition to the previously offered Last 30 days. Quick Stats appear on the left side of the main Insights page.

Respond for Web, Incident Admin

Filter by address or unit using a new control added above the incident list. If you enter multiple units separated by spaces, the filter will display incidents containing all specified units. If you separate units with commas, the filter will display incidents containing any of the units.

Click or tap the GPS icon to display your current location on the map.

PulsePoint Respond, Unit Groups

Unit/Group notifications can now be received as a Critical Alert on iOS devices if desired. Critical alerts override device volume, mute, and focus settings (Sleep, Do not Disturb, etc.) unless specifically configured otherwise.
